KATHMANDU, Mar 15: President Bidya Devi Bhandari has administered the oath of office and secrecy to newly-elected Chairman of the National Assembly, Ganesh Prasad Timilsina, at a special ceremony held at the President Office, Shital Niwas on Thursday.
