The publication is all set to confer Nai Derukh International Award bagging cash Rs. 300,000 to Prof. Dr. Michal Hut of the United Kingdom. The award is to be provided to Prof. Hut for his dedication to the literature and education.[break]
Similarly, Nai Derunikh International Award bagging Rs. 200,000 will be presented to Krishna Prakash Shrestha of Russia to recognize his significant contribution to the expansion of Nepali language and literature in foreign countries.
This award is presented only to Nepali origin foreign country national.
Likewise, Nai Khara Sukriti Award of Rs. 100,000 is to be presented to painter Shashi Shah, Nai Khara Pradipti Award carrying a purse of Rs. 50,000 to film artist Basundhara Bhusal and Nai Khara Surabhi Award of Rs. 50,000 jointly to Birendra Raj Pokharel and Nar Bahadur Limbu.
Similarly, the publication has decided to provide with Nai Khara Gaurab Award of Rs. 25,000 to Uttam Sanjel and Nai Khara Paurakh Award with Rs. 15,000 to Anuja Agrawal.
A special meeting of the Publication presided over by its chairperson Indira Prasain took the decisions in this regard. The awards will be presented to the personalities in Kathmandu on Baisakh 15.
