Khan, who has been accused of being the mastermind of the infamous murder case, was arrested on Sunday from Gauna Thana, an Indian village along the Nepal-India border in coordination with the Indian Police. [break]
He is alleged of killing one Parbati Devi of Parsa district on the charge of practicing witchcraft.
Khan was absconding after the death of Devi on August 15. Police have arrested three other women in connection to the murder case.
However, main convict Jagadish Chaudhary is still at large.
