KATHMANDU, April 23: Senior leader of Nepali Congress Sher Bahadur Deuba said way out of the present political crisis has to be discovered by integrating People’s Liberation Army (PLA) combatants and promulgating a democratic constitution.

He said this while speaking at a function organised by Karnali State Integrated Development Society to release a book written by litterateur Moti Raj Bam. A democratic constitution has to be promulgated by making the Maoist party weaponless, he said.[break]
