Maoist holding Standing Committee meeting

KATHMANDU, April 12: Maoist is holding Standing Committee meeting on Tuesday afternoon.



The meeting is supposed to discuss internal conflict in the parties sister organization. [break]



The growing factionalism in the party leadership has been reflected on all of its sister wings.



According to the party sources the meeting will discuss the ways to settle the party’s factional disputes in Madesh and bureaucracy.



The party is also expected to take up the issue of joining the government. Sources say Maoist are not likely to nominate new ministers without taking charge of the home ministry.
