Main contest predicated among four parties in Kanchanpur

KANCHANPUR, Nov 6: Stiff competition is predicted for political parties in all the four constituencies in Kanchanpur district in the November 19 Constituent Assembly Election.



Mainly the competition is going to be among the UCPN (Maoist), the Nepali Congress, the CPN-UML and the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP). There are a total of 89 candidates in Kanchanpur. Among them one is independent and other candidates belong to 29 various political parties.



Accordign to the District Election Office, Kanchanpur, the number of voters in the district including in 19 VDCs and Bhimdatta Municipality is 198 thousand 858.
