KATHMANDU, Oct 25: The country is currently not affected by a major weather system, according to the Meteorological Forecasting Division (MFD).

The hilly areas in all provinces are likely to experience partly cloudy weather this afternoon, while the rest of the regions will mostly remain clear. There is a chance of light rain/snow at one or two places in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces, the MFD reported.
By nightfall, hilly areas of Koshi, Bagmati, and Gandaki provinces are expected to be partly cloudy, whereas the rest of the regions will mostly remain clear. The MFD has said that there is a likelihood of light rain/snow at one or two places in the hilly and mountainous areas of Koshi province.
