Koirala fell ill following accumulation of water in his lungs. Koirala´s personal physicians Dr Arjun Karki and Dr Ganesh Agrawal are involved in the treatment at his residence at Maharajgunj.
Sources at Koirala´s residence said preparations are being made to take Koirala to Singapore for further treatment on Tuesday.
