Today is the fifth day his telephonic conversation campaign that he has started to learn of public opinions on the ongoing peace and constitution drafting processes.
Talking to Khanal, the district representatives said they are against splitting Chitwan district while restructuring the state and that they are still not assured if the peace process and constitution drafting task will be completed in time.
On Sunday, Khanal had talked to local leaders and civil society members of Doti district. He will hold a similar conversation with representatives of Solukhumbu district on Tuesday.
