Kathmandu-Hetauda road resumes for traffic

HETAUDA, July 30:Traffic resumed this morning on the Kathmandu-Hetauda road that had been blocked by landslides on Wednesday at the Bagjhora and Bandare cliff of the Hetauda-Bhaise road section of Tribhuvan Highway.The road had been closed for traffic since yesterday evening. As a result, vehicles and their occupants were left stranded overnight at Bhaise.

Technicians equipped with two dozers were mobilized from the Division Road Office and traffic resumed after 8:00 this morning, Chief District Officer of Makwanpur Ram Prasad Thapaliya said. RSS
