The decision comes at a time when the Joint Limbuwan Front (JLF) has been staging protest against the Maoist-proposed Kochila state.
While the JLF maintains that the territory the Maoist declared as Kochila state is a part of Limbuwan state, the KASC has accused the Maoists and Limbuwan groups of trying to tamper with the historical map of Kochila.
Seventeen ethnic groups including the Maoists´ Tharuwan Rastriya Mukti Morcha and Kochila Rastriya Mukti Morcha have expressed solidarity to the KASC protests.
