Journalists have taken to the streets demanding security. The agitating journalists held a demonstration on Sunday and picketed the district administration for two hours.
A bomb disposal squad of the Nepal Army defused the socket bomb planted in the office, which doubles as the residence of the weekly´s editor Dipak Adhikari.
Adhikari suspects that the bomb was planted by the Jwala Singh-led Janatantrik Tarai Mukti Morcha.
