According to sources, envoy Rae is scheduled to appraise Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj on Nepal's situation.
Issuing a press statement on Sunday evening, India had expressed its dissatisfaction over the promulgation of new constitution through nearly 90 percent votes in the Constituent Assembly (CA).
Although India said it always supported federalism, democracy and republican and inclusive constitution in Nepal, it had conspicuously refrained from welcoming the promulgation of the new constitution.
