KATHMANDU, April 4: Newly appointed Inspector General of the Armed Police Force Nepal Narayan Dutta Poudel has been conferred with insignia.
Home Secretary Raj Kumar Shrestha presented the insignia to Paudel at a special program held at the ministry on Monday.

A cabinet meeting held on April 27 had decided to promote Additional Inspector General Poudel to the post of Inspector General.
Former IGP Raju Aryal retired on May 1.
