"My heart is telling me who else other than I would be the most happy person in Nepal with the promulgation of the constitution," the then Chairman of the Interim Election Council of Ministers Regmi said while talking to RSS at the tea reception organised in the Singha Durbar this afternoon on the occasion of the commencement of the constitution.Regmi was appointed the Chairman of the Interim Council of Ministers amidst the political and constitutional uncertainty with the dissolution of the first Constituent Assembly on May 27, 2012 without delivering a constitution.
The election to the second Constituent Assembly (CA) was held on November 19, 2013 by the Regmi-led government.
He expressed the belief that solution could be found through dialogue in the context of some parties and groups expressing dissatisfaction to the new constitution.
Regmi said the country would move on the path of peace, stability and prosperity with the constitution. RSS
