KATHMANDU, Jan 13: The Ministry of Home Affairs (MoHA) on Tuesday transferred and posted eight officials, including Chief District Officers (CDOs).
According to the MoHA’s decision, Dolpa CDO Bhimraj Koirala has been transferred to Panchthar as Assistant Chief District Officer. At the same time, Bajhang CDO Kailash Bahadur Thakurathi has been moved to Dailekh as Assistant Chief District Officer.
Home Ministry transfers 44 CDOs
As per the transfer and posting details made public on Tuesday evening, Under-Secretary Junu Hamal Dhakal has been appointed CDO of Dolpa, Mukesh Kumar Keshari, Director at the National ID and Civil Registration Department, has been posted as CDO of Bajhang, and MoHA Under-Secretary Navaraj Baral has been assigned as Assistant Chief District Officer of Baglung.
Similarly, Under-Secretary Bhavishwar Ghimire has been posted as Assistant Chief District Officer of Kapilvastu, and Under-Secretary Krishna Prasad Gaire as Assistant Chief District Officer of Dhanusha, while Assistant Chief District Officer of Baglung Janak Raj Pant has been transferred to the MoHA.
