Hajmola Gaijatra Mahotsab from Aug 2

KATHMANDU, July 29: Shikhar Nepal is organizing “Hajmola Jhaikuti, Meri Bassai, Jai Hos Gaijatra Mahotsab 2069” in association with Dabur Hajmola from August 2 at Rastriya Sabha Griha. A press release issued on Sunday states that comedy shows will be performed at 5.30 p.m each day and extra show at 2.30 p.m has been arranged on public holidays during the 10-day festival.





The event features comical and satirical performances to highlight social evils and political malpractices in the country. The festival will feature popular comedians like Daman Rupakheti, Shekhar Khanal and Sangam Rai from “Jhayaikuti Jhayi”; Kedar Ghimire, Wilson Bikram Rai, Sunita Gautam, Suraj Chapagain from “Meri Bassai”; Rabi Dangol and Purna Thapa from “Jai Hos” and standup comedian Laxman Gamnage.
