Land Reforms and Management Minister Chandra Dev Joshi and Tourism Minister Posta Bahadur Bogati are the members of the talk team.
The cabinet also decided that second-in-command Lieutenant General Gaurav Shumsher will succeed Chhatra Man Singh as the new army chief after the latter goes on leave from August 10.
In yet another decision, the government has also decided to accept the resignations submitted by five secretaries expressing reservations on elevation of Leela Mani Poudyal to the chief secretary.
