Silver prices also followed an upward trend. The price of silver increased to Rs 6,020 per tola on Monday, up from Rs 5,985 per tola a day earlier, the FENEGOSIDA reported.
The back-to-back rise in both precious metals reflects continued volatility in the bullion market.
