Gold price goes down

KATHMANDU, Sept 1: Price of gold has decreased by Rs. 1,000 per tola in Nepali markets today.Now, the price of hallmark gold has come down to Rs. 60,200 per tola today, according to the Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers´ Association (NEGOSIDA). It was Rs. 61,200 per tola on Friday.



Jewelry entrepreneur, Nevi Shrestha, said that the Nepali market was affected due to continuous increase of gold price last week.Similarly, price of worked gold is at Rs. 59,950 per tola today, which was Rs. 60,950 on Friday.Likewise, NEGOSIDA has fixed the price of silver at Rs. 1,035 per tola today. It was decreased by Rs. 20 per tola as compared to Friday.
