Gold falls, silver rises

Gold has dropped by Rs 400 per tola, while silver has increased by Rs 60 per tola.

KATHMANDU, Nov 27: There has been some fluctuation in the prices of gold and silver in Nepali market today. Gold has dropped by Rs 400 per tola, while silver has increased by Rs 60 per tola.



According to the Federation of Nepal Gold and Silver Traders’ Association (FENEGOSIDA), the price of one tola of gold today stands at Rs 248,400, while silver has risen to Rs 3,280 per tola.

On Wednesday, gold was traded at Rs 248,800 per tola, and silver at Rs 3,220 per tola.


Internationally, an ounce of gold is being traded at USD 4,154, and silver at USD 53 per ounce.
