"The Maoist move to prevent the parliament from holding deliberations on budget is against the people," Gachchhadar told reporters in Inaruwa, adding, "If the Maoists do not stop obstruction in the House, we will have seek alternative ways and ordinance is one of the best alternatives."
He said the budget will be passed immediately after Tihar by any means so as to avoid financial crisis.
He argued that it is Maoist lawmakers´ dishonesty to receive thousands of rupees for their salaries and allowances and deprive common people from their basic needs.
Gachchhadar said if it takes further time to pass the budget, even the constitution-making process will be badly hampered. "Then the Maoists will be solely responsibly for the consequences," he added.
He also argued that Maoists should join the government and other coalition partners should be ready to fulfill their demands for that.
