Driver Kushe Chaudhary, 35, of Itahari-7, Pachu Chaudhary, 30, and Prahlad Chaudhary, 25, of of Chhitaha-8, and Hari Lal Sah, 60, of Supoul, India, were killed on the spot when the tractor lost control and veered off the road into the canal of Sunsari-Morang Irrigation Project along the Duhabi-Inaruwa road at 3:00 in the morning.
