President Ram Baran Yadhav handed over FNCCI National Excellence Awards to Get Paper Industry, Quest Pharmaceuticals and Unilever Nepal as the best enterprises.
FNCCI Service Excellence Award was given to F1 Soft International, Advanced Poly Clinic and NCell.
Similarly, Nabil Bank grabbed FNCCI People Excellence Award 2013. [break]
Meanwhile, the FNCCI has adjudged Wai Wai, an instant noodles brand, as the best Nepali brand. FNCCI adjudged Wai Wai, the best Nepali brand amongst five nominees in the category- Chocofun, Jagadamba Steels, Pashupati Paints, Tokla Tea and Wai-Wai noodles.
Similarly, Ncell was awarded as the best multinational company of the year-2013. Ncell had topped the list of nominees comprising Coca-Cola, Fair & Lovely, Asian Paints, Ncell and Standard Chartered Bank.
Similarly, the prestigious NRN Business Person of the Year was awarded to Upendra Mahato while Min Bahadur Gurung, the owner of Bhat-Bhateni Super Market grabbed the Best Business Person of the Year-2013 award.
The FNCCI also awarded Prabhakar SJB Rana, chairman of Sipradi Trading, with Lifetime Achievement Award-2013.“Based on the fixed set of criteria and performance indicators, we have awarded the winners basing through multiple and scientific parameters,” said Saurav Jyoti, chairman of the FNCCI´s productivity and quality committee.
Jyoti added that the award would inspire organizations to make their products competitive by enhancing their quality.
“The main aim of the award is to encourage business organizations to improve the quality of their management and deliver customer service excellence,” said Jyoti.
The FNCCI has been honoring business organizations with the National Excellence Award since 2001 with the aim of promoting quality goods and services.
