Minister Jha expressed this view while speaking in a press conference here on Friday evening. The minister arrived here in connection with inspecting the Udayapur Cement Factory at local Jaljale.[break]
He said even the Prime Minister was not in favour of this idea and the Madhes-centric parties in the government also could not buy this idea of holding a general election under the leadership of an incumbent judge.
Minister Jha called on the opposition parties to join the present government in order to hold the election by this May 29. He reiterated that they were ready to leave the government if all the parties came together.
