Baburam Shrestha of Phattepur-3, Saptari, and Bishal Sah of Itahari-5, Sunsari were arrested while they were ferrying drugs from the Indian market of Bhimnagar, according to District Police Office, Sunsari.
Police recovered illegal substances from them.
