KATHMANDU, Sept 19: Dr Govinda KC, an orthopedic surgeon of TU Teaching Hospital has resumed fast-onto-death for the seventh time from Saturday, expressing his dissatisfactions over the non-implementation of the Mathema report.

He stated that the government failed to live up to its promises to address his demands thoroughly. He had agreed to break his sixth fast-onto-death on September 5 with signing an 11-point agreement with the government.
