KATHMANDU, Aug. 2: Chairperson of CPN-UML Disciplinary Commission Amrit Kumar Bohora has said the Commission would not take action against the dissident indigenous leaders of the party in an autocratic manner though they were sought clarification.

The Commission had sought clarification from party Vice-chairperson Ashok Rai including central members two weeks ago for forming a different opinion group by publicly challenging the party´s decision of seven provinces along with common identity.

Talking to RSS, leader Bohora said some of the leaders have already furnished their clarifications while some have yet to receive letter seeking justification for being outside the Valley.

´We have sent them letters with the intention of keeping the party disciplined and within the ambit of policy. Seeking clarification should not be considered an autocratic style and we would not take action to that way´, Bohora clarified.

The disgruntled leaders had criticized the Commission´s preparation of action against them as an autocratic move of the party.
