“We have brought Delhi’s menu to Kathmandu for 10 days,” Chef Khurana said. Chef Khurana and the team of chefs at The Café will be offering buffet dinner to the guests at the Café till June 19.
The cuisines will be changed every day and the chef has a number of choices to offer from vegetarians to non-vegetarians dishes.
In addition to the main course, dessert and salad, there is a chat counter where you can mix the ingredients yourself and enjoy the chat.
“This program is targeted at many Indians traveling to Nepal for summer vacation and other tourists visiting Nepal. And we Nepalis are also interested in Indian food,” said Kiran Adhikari, public relation executive, Hyatt Regency Kathmandu.
Besides the buffet, the guests can enjoy live
classical Nepali music by Surba at The Café during the event.
“This program is organized keeping in mind Nepal Tourism Year 2011 and to let people in Kathmandu, especially those who have not been to Delhi, enjoy the Indian food here,” said Chef Khurana.
The buffet is available at The Café 6:30 pm onwards for Rs. 1600 till June 19.
