KATHMANDU, May 18: The District Administration Office, Kathmandu on Wednesday asked the Federation of Nepali Journalists (FNJ) to submit all the documents related to the FNJ election within a week.

The DAO issued the order responding to a complaint filed by Ramjee Dahal, who has demanded re-count of the votes for the post of FNJ general secretary.

Dahal had lost to FNJ general secretary Om Sharma by three votes during the 23rd general convention in Kathmandu.

Dahal claimed the election committee had turned down his request despite his request for re-count of votes before the announcement of the results.
