Dahal, Sitaula heading to Kailali

KATHMANDU, Nov 20:  UCPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is leaving for Kailali on Sunday to return properties seized during the armed conflicte as per the seven-point agreement signed between Maoist and the United Democratic Madhesi Front (UDMF).



The General Secretary of Nepali Congress, Krishna Prasad Sitaula is accompanying Dahal to Kailali. [break]



Emerging from the three- party meeting this morning, Dahal had informed the media persons of his visit.



The drive to return properties to their rightful owners has remained on hold for some time following stiff protest by the dissident faction of the UCPN (Maoist) led by Mohan Baidya.
