Dahal recommended poll candidate from Dhanusha-6

JANAKPUR, Aug 25: The political committee meeting of the UCPN (Maoist) held in Janakpur on Sunday has decided to recommend the name of Pushpa Kamal Dahal on the top of the list of five alternatives for CA elections for constituency number 6 of Dhanusha.



"Tej Narayan Yadav, Mahesh Yadav, Jugeshwar Yadav, Pramila Yadav and our Chairman Dahal have been recommended as election candidates from constituency number 6 of the district," said party insiders. Likewise, the meeting has also decided to recommend Indradev Yadav and Devu Yadav among others for constituency number 2. Similarly, it has recommended Bijay Yadav for constituency number 5, Bharat Adhikari for constituency number 4, and Ram Kumar Mahato for constituency number 7. [break]



Ram Chandra Jha who recently joined the party has not been recommended as election candidates. Jha was elected in last Constituent Assembly election of 2008 from constituency number 1 representing CPN-UML.
