At an interaction in the university, Dahal, currently on a weeklong visit of the People´s Republic of China, urged the Nepali students to implement their knowledge on scientific and practical issues in Nepal´s development, Dahal´s secretary Chudamani Khadka said.

Chief of the Center, Ang Wing, welcomed Dahal on the occasion. The Center is famous for its production of hybrid agricultural products.
