KATHMANDU, May 9: Opposition leader Pushpa Kamal Dahal has accused the government of failing in properly handling the post-earthquake situation and losing its command and control in the crisis management.

In the parliament meeting after the prime minister's address, he said a stronger governmnet has become urgent to address the crisis and that the existing relations among the political parties need to be redefined and new political structures should be formed at the national level.
