Nepali national football team is participating in the SAFF Championship to begin from Friday in New Delhi, India and the final rounds of AFC Challenge Cup to be held in Kathmandu from March 3-18 in near future. [break]
ANFA President Ganesh Thapa and Dabur Nepal marketing manager Abhay Prasad Gorkhali signed the memorandum of understanding on behalf of their respective institutions. As per the deal, Real Juice, a product of Dabur Nepal will be the sponsor of the national team for a year and both the parties will help to promote each other.
Dabur Nepal Managing Director Rukma Sumsher Rana also handed over sporting kits to ANFA president Thapa on the occasion who later gave it to the national team skipper Sagar Thapa.
Speaking on the occasion, Rana said that the signing ceremony was the beginning of cooperation between two popular institutions. "Though football is popular in Nepal we will try to take its popularity to greater heights and bring such programs which will be beneficial both to football and as well as Dabur Nepal."

Addressing the signing ceremony, ANFA President Thapa said, the signing has given a huge motivation to ANFA and footballers. "We hope that coordination will go for a longer period and we will try to promote the products of Dabur Nepal as well."
According to Thapa, almost all the amount give by Dabur Nepal has been spent in buying equipments for players. He also said that players shall wear kits consisting logo of Dabur Nepal during training.
Meanwhile, Thapa also informed that a Chinese team has arrived in the capital on Tuesday for the maintenance of floodlight of the Dasharath Stadium which is hosting vital matches of the Challenge Cup.
