KATHMANDU, Dec 18: Discussion was held on the political report in the third meeting of the standing committee of the Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) today.
During the meeting held at Party Headquarters at Dhumrabarahi, Keshav Prasad Badal, Top Bahadur Rayamajhi, Bhim Bahadur Rawal, Yogesh Bhattarai, Shankar Pokhrel, Satya Narayan Mandal, Somnath Pyasi and Prithvi Subba Gurung put forth their views over the proposal.
UML to form 49-member standing committee (with names)
Discussion was underway on the political proposal presented by party chairs—KP Sharma Oli and Pushpa Kamal Dahal 'Prachanda' in the meeting taking place from Saturday.
Different issues including government's achievements, party's activities, decisions taken by Party Secretariat and party unification have been incorporated in the report. The standing committee will meet next at 8:00 am on Wednesday. RSS
