Issuing a verdict, Justice Dal Bahadur KC ordered to remand Shiva Nath Chaudhary in the prison and to release his son on the general date, said non-gazetted first class officer Dinesh Mishra. [break]
The court has issued a warrant for the arrest of those who were involved in the Agrawal’s murder case and have been absconding since then.
Those absconding are Sugandha Kumar Gupta, Rabindra Sah and Santosh Sah of Malangawa.
