Those who do not want change and wish to ruin the country in any pretext have been unnecessarily blaming the CPM-UML as anti-federalist party, he said, adding that his party was clearly in favor of Nepal friendly federalism.
He further clarified that naming provinces after one particular ethnic group would hurt the dignity of other castes.
Federation central member and Koshi Zonal In-charge Arjun Rai presided over the programme.
