The Supreme Court had issued a stay order till Monday (April 12) not to execute the government decision authorizing India to print the passports.
The government has been issuing handwritten passports to those in urgent need of overseas trip.
She assured that the passports will be made available to Nepali overseas job seekers and students under special arrangement.
