Under the new policy, if a task cannot be completed within the stipulated time, the concerned employee must immediately inform their supervisor with valid reasons.

To ensure effective implementation, office heads have been assigned the responsibility of getting employees to sign a commitment letter and ensuring compliance.

The ministry has also instructed its subordinate bodies to adopt cost-effective practices in the use of resources.
