The employees have to play effective role as the politics of the country has not been stable. He also directed to work without violating constitution and laws no matter whose party comes to government.

Chief Secretary Poudel urged to give special emphasis on development works including on education and health. He also directed the security bodies to be alert on security during the festival time, and urged to monitor market regularly.

Present in the program were office chiefs and representatives of Parbat and Baglung district offices. Meanwhile, journalists who reached the program of the chief secretary were expelled from the program under the direction of the chief secretary himself. Parbat CDO Tek Bahadur KC ousted them under Poudel´s order.

As the journalists were not allowed to enter the program, they collected news from outside the venue. CDO KC said order was given to keep them out saying it was for the employees only.

Police kept them out when direction was being given on utilizing media on the state services and achievements to the employees to be devoted to service of the citizens. Journalists have expressed regret over the incident.

They said they were deprived of the right to information by prohibiting journalists in the program of the state´s responsible person no other than chief secretary of the government himself.
