The meeting that took place after a month’s hiatus was again disrupted by the lawmakers Biswendra Paswan, Rukmini Chaudhary, Sadrul Miya Haq and Buddha Ratna Manandhar, who have been accusing the leaders of ignoring the concerns of minority group.

Amidst the protest and disruption, the decision was taken to form a team through an all party meeting to address the concern of the lawmakers.

Irate Paswan snatched and tore the meet´s decision paper while the CC Chairman Nilamber Acharya was reading the decision.

Following the act Acharya issued a marshal order to control Paswan which further agitated the lawmaker prompting him to tear his shirt and roam bare chested.
