KATHMANDU, Dec 28: Police have arrested the chairman of Casino Waldo Dynasty Entertainment Pvt Ltd, located in Thamel, Kathmandu.
According to Kathmandu District Police, Chinese national Chen Min Qing, the chairman of Casino Waldo, was arrested on Friday night.

Police said he was taken into custody after it was found that Nepali citizens were being allowed to enter the casino under the pretext of “events” and were made to gamble using technological manipulation that caused unusually large financial losses.
Earlier, police had also arrested four Indian nationals and two Nepali women in connection with the same case.
Further investigation into the operation and alleged illegal activities at the casino is ongoing, police said.
