Bigmart outlet in Kamalpokhari is turning four on Tuesday, while the Lazimpat outlet is celebrating its second anniversary on the same day.[break]
Antim Ranjit, marketing and branding manager at Mega Mart, said the company is conducting varieties of programs such as free facial courtesy of Revlon and free mehendi program to celebrate the anniversary.
Similarly, the company has started a special campaign on its Facebook page wherein customers have to fill a form with their name, mobile number and the nearest Bigmart store from their residence. “Upon submission of the form, the users will get a code number which they need to text to 4001. The users will then get a message with what they have won,” said Ranjit.
Mega Mart expects around 25,000 customers to participate in the Facebook campaign.
Civil Homes offers 20% discount
KATHMANDU: Civil Homes has opened booking for remaining homes in Civil Satellite Town Phase III at Sunakothi, Lalitpur.
According to a press statement issued on Monday, the company has opened booking for M, K and P model homes inside the satellite town and few row houses in Civil Colony I. Civil Homes is providing 20 percent discount for homes at both the projects starting Tuesday. The offer will lasts for two weeks. The starting price of the home is Rs 7.7 million.
Around 90 percent of construction works at the satellite town has already been completed. Similarly, 80 percent construction works at Colony I has been completed so far. The company has already sold more than 70 percent of homes at Colony I.
Ichhya Raj Tamang, chairman of the company, said in the statement that the company has been constructing 69 two-storied homes covering 2.5 to 5 ana in Colony I. “We are building these homes with an objective to provide affordable homes to middle and upper middle class people,” the statement quoted Tamang.
Similarly, the satellite town has 225 homes. The satellite town will have various facilities such as health club, department stores, clinic, swimming pool, badminton court, children park and utility area, among others, according to the statement.
