Brisingr focuses on the story of Eragon and his dragon Saphira as they continue their campaign to overthrow the corrupt ruler of the Empire, Galbstorix. [break]Eragon is one of the last remaining Dragon Riders, a group that governed the fictional nation of Algaёsia, where the series takes place.
What do you like the most about the book?
Since I love fantasy/non-sci-fi movies/books, I opted for this one. I like the way the story begins with the way the protagonist Eragon journeys with his dragon Saphira.
It´s full of actions and the bond that is between him and Saphira is too good. I especially love the final battles in each of these books.
Who would you suggest the book for reading?
I find that people I know are interested in these fantasy stuffs. I have many friends who love Harry Potter, and I usually suggest Potter fans to read the Eragon series as well.
How has this book made an impact on you?
It makes me want to believe in magic and in the fantasyland where the story takes place, and I enjoy feeling that.
