Speaking at Reporters’ Club in the Capital on Tuesday, he said the main parties should immediately decide whether or not to form a national consensus government.[break]
Peace process and constitution drafting can be completed within three months if the main leaders display maximum flexibility and honesty, he said.
Minister Bista, who is CPN-UML leader, said formation of national consensus hasn’t been delayed because of his party.
In another context, he said load shedding can be ended within three years if the Ministry of Energy is allowed to work at the present pace.
He also said electricity leakage has come down ever since he assumed the post of Energy Minster.
