Asian Paints' new campaign

KATHMANDU: Asian Paints Thursday announced a consumer engagement campaign -- Asian Paints Apex Ultima, Dream-Home Contest.



According to the company, buyers of Asian Paints products who have painted the exterior of their homes with Apex Ultima can upload photos of their homes in Asian Paints Facebook page for the ´Dream Home Contest´ and be eligible for the contest.



The company said the 50 photographs with the most ‘Likes’ on the page would then be go forward to the next round where they would be judged for their aesthetic appeal and the winners of the first, second and third prizes chosen.



The top prize is a four-nights-and-four-days trip to Singapore for a couple while those who come second will get a trip to Malaysia.



“This is an innovative way of engaging with our customers where they can meet and interact with company people and also become national celebrities in their homes,” Budhaditya Mukherjee from Asian Paints Nepal said adding that the contest was a completely non-promotional one.



 The contest is limited to selected cities in the Kathmandu Valley, Pokhara, Biratnagar, Butwal, Narayanghat, Nepalgunj and Hetauda. Voting for the photos with ‘Likes’ on the contest page will be open until December 15, Asian Paints said.
