BIRGUNJ, Feb 26: Chairman of Rastriya Prajantra Party Pashupati Rana claimed that the seven-point agreement signed between Prime Minister and CPN-UML Chairman Jhala Nath Khanal and Unified CPN (Maoist) Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal is against the country and democracy.

The pact states that formation of a separate force of People´s Liberation Army combatants and rotational system of prime minister, which is condemnable as it may affect the peace process and constitution drafting, he said speaking at Reporters´ Club in Parsa Saturday.[break]

The three major parties should be honest for the sake of peace and constitution, he said, urging the parties to give up power-centric politics.

He also said that the government expansion process has been delayed by the ´secret´ agreement.
