KATHMANDU, Sept 15: Dev Kumar Adhikari has been nominated as a member of the National Sports Council (NSC), the sport's governing body of Nepal.

Adhikari was nominated after the Central Regional Sports Development Committee recommended his name for the post. The NSC has provision of nominating members for all five regions.
NSC Member Secretary Keshab Kumar Bista handed over the letter of nomination to Adhikari on Tuesday.
