Speaking at a program here organized to mark the fourth anniversary of Madhes movement, Yadav said the top leaders do not want to write the new constitution as they do not want to address the issues raised by the marginalized people.
MPRF (N) leader Renu Kumari Yadav said the people who are hatching conspiracies to split the party will fail in their attempts. Former state minister Sanjaya Kumar Sah, who formed Madhes Kranti Forum a few months ago, also attended the ceremony to pay tributes to the martyrs.
